The summit highlights the rapid adoption of Kumon Connect, the organization’s tablet-based evolution of its traditional method. Keynote speakers include Massiel Victoria Diaz, celebrated for her high enrollment and retention rates in Mexico, and Janani M.S., an Indian instructor recognized for pioneering the digital platform to provide real-time feedback and personalized student tracking. Sessions throughout the event will cover assessment practices, long-term academic achievement, and business continuity strategies.
Angelo Chavez, assistant vice president of franchise development, emphasized that the event goes beyond standard training by fostering a collaborative environment for small business owners. The conference will culminate in the presentation of 100 awards, honoring franchisees for milestones ranging from years of service to excellence in business operations. Kumon, which maintains its North American headquarters in Rutherford, New Jersey, continues to incentivize growth by offering up to $40,000 in startup support, including signage and furniture, to new entrepreneurs looking to enter the tutoring market.
