‘RHOSLC’ Viewers Accuse Mary Cosby of Bullying Angie Katsanevas

Cosby and Katsanevas became close during season 5 and had publicly supported one another in difficult moments. In the latest episode, Cosby confronted Katsanevas in front of their co-stars, saying she had been a bad friend and questioning how she had been acting around the other women. Cosby also asked about Katsanevas’ husband, Shawn, and child, Elektra.

Katsanevas responded, “What happened to your husband? What happened to your child? What are you talking about?” The exchange visibly affected Cosby and unsettled the group. Bronwyn Newport later criticized Katsanevas in a confessional, saying, “I have heard awful things be said in this group of friends, and none of them, added together, go this low.” Cosby then told the other women she was finished with Katsanevas.

Appearing on “Watch What Happens Live” after the episode aired, Katsanevas said she regretted the argument. “It was hard to watch,” she told host Andy Cohen. She said the discussion of her parenting left her speaking from pain, and added that she had reached a breaking point. Katsanevas said she loved Cosby and had been there for her, but could not take back what she had said.

Katsanevas had described the friendship as unsettled ahead of season 7, saying there were “ups and downs” and that their deeper bond meant they were more honest with each other. On X, viewers largely defended her, with some accusing Cosby of bullying and others saying the argument had gone too far. YouTube commenters also criticized Cosby’s treatment of her co-stars, while some argued Katsanevas had been drawn into a painful exchange.
