Dean Norris Lists Temecula Estate for $3.2 Million Amid Divorce

A 7,315-square-foot Temecula estate owned by “Breaking Bad” actor Dean Norris is on the market for $3,199,267 as he and his wife, Bridget, face divorce proceedings and their restaurant, Swing Inn Cafe, works through Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The listing does not establish that the home sale is connected to either matter.

The 11.37-acre property was listed in September, according to TMZ. Its real estate listing describes a main residence and guesthouse with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as an infinity-edge pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fruit orchard and four-stall horse barn. The estate also has mountain and valley views.

Redfin property records show the home last sold for $1,725,000 in June 2014. The current asking price is about $1.47 million higher, but that difference is not a confirmed profit. Sherrie Snyder of Allison James Estates & Homes is handling the listing. The sale’s outcome and how any proceeds might be used are unknown.

TMZ reported that Bridget filed for divorce in Riverside County in February 2025, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The filing gives the couple’s wedding date as October 27, 2001, and their separation date as January 15, 2025. They have five children, including two minors. Bridget requested joint legal and physical custody of their younger children, spousal support and a determination of rights to property acquired during the marriage. Norris reportedly responded to the petition months later; the divorce had not been finalized as of the latest reporting.

Swing Inn Cafe, which the couple bought in 2022, filed for Chapter 11 protection on September 25 through its operating company, Main Street Eeeatery LLC. The case remains active. Regional reporting puts the business’s liabilities at about $1.81 million and assets at around $147,810, with roughly $1.57 million of debt reportedly secured by Byline Bank. Norris said in bankruptcy paperwork that gross revenue fell by about $1 million between 2024 and 2025, TMZ reported. The company reportedly described a loan structure as “predatory.” The filing is by the restaurant’s operating company, not a personal bankruptcy filing by Norris or Bridget, and Chapter 11 allows it to pursue debt restructuring while continuing operations.

The historic Temecula restaurant opened in 1927 as Mother’s Cafe. It added Texas-style barbecue after Norris and Bridget took over, while retaining its traditional breakfast menu. The cafe continues to serve customers, according to its website and local reporting. Temecula City Council member Brenden Kalfus has publicly expressed hope that it will survive. The couple have also been associated with the Norris Performing Arts Center in Murrieta, launched to help young performers train in acting, dance and music.
