Jakob Vestergaard, Product Manager for Warehouse at Frasers Group, described the deployment as the culmination of two years of development. The Antrim facility serves as the pilot site for a broader strategy to create a scalable and consistent platform. By shifting to the D365 framework, the company intends to increase operational visibility and improve support for its physical stores and digital customer channels.
While the Antrim launch represents a major milestone, the project remains in its early stages. In the coming months, Frasers Group plans to collaborate with Microsoft, Binary, and InterRadish to refine the software and integrate additional capabilities. These efforts will eventually form the basis of a global warehouse template designed for future deployments across the entire group’s network.
