JusticeONE Taps Veteran Court Administrator Jason James for Product Lead

After two decades navigating the complexities of municipal court administration in Oklahoma and Georgia, Jason James is shifting his focus from the bench to the boardroom. JusticeONE has appointed the former court clerk as its new Product Owner, tasking him with aligning the company’s software roadmap with daily operational realities.

James brings a deep portfolio of experience to the role, having served in positions across Hiram, Brookhaven, and Dalton. His tenure is marked by significant legislative advocacy, most notably his instrumental work on Georgia House Bill 304, which Governor Brian Kemp signed into law earlier this year. Beyond his administrative background, he holds a Master Certificate of Court Administration and was among the first professionals to complete the NACM CORE Champion Program.

At JusticeONE, James will oversee the functional direction of the company’s court management suite. His mandate involves bridging the gap between developers and the clerks or judges who rely on the software daily. Chief Revenue Officer TJ Hargen highlighted that James’s history as a decade-long user of JusticeONE software provides a unique vantage point for future development. Reporting to Chief Operating Officer Liz Wilbur, James will focus on replacing administrative obstacles with streamlined, compliant workflows designed to assist court personnel rather than complicate their tasks.
