The installation, service, and support for the electronic shelf labels will be spearheaded by StrongPoint Baltics. This initiative builds on an existing partnership between Coop and StrongPoint, which already provides the retailer with self-checkout systems, in-store collection points, and self-scanning solutions. Coop currently maintains a significant presence in the Estonian market, operating 320 locations with a workforce of 6,000 employees.
Jacob Tveraabak, CEO of StrongPoint, described the agreement as a milestone that reflects the deep trust established with the retailer over years of collaboration. For Vusion, the project represents a primary deployment following the launch of its partnership with StrongPoint. Sébastien Fourcy, EVP EMEA at Vusion, noted that the technology will connect physical shelves to digital workflows, aiming to streamline operations and improve efficiency for both store staff and customers.
