The judging panel will finalize the winners ahead of the awards ceremony on November 4th at The HAC in Central London. The event, hosted by comedian Aurie Styla, will showcase projects that have fundamentally altered how retailers bridge the gap between physical storefronts and digital commerce.
This year’s finalists include Lyzer, a logistics-as-a-service platform that has processed over 1.1 million orders, and Celerant ONE, which provides an integrated ecosystem for independent cycling retailers. Other contenders focus on deep customer integration: Sitoo’s platform, utilized by Paul Smith across eight countries, enables real-time inventory and customer data access, while Stellar Global’s work with Samsung KX demonstrates the power of immersive, virtual-to-physical engagement strategies. The shortlist is completed by THG Studios, recognized for its AI-driven shoppable catwalk, and VS Labs, which builds specialized Shopify applications to unify customer experiences across channels.
