AST SpaceMobile Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Misleading Financial Claims

Investors who purchased AST SpaceMobile, Inc. stock between March 4, 2025, and July 15, 2026, face a November 13 deadline to seek lead plaintiff status in a securities fraud class action. The lawsuit, filed by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, alleges the company misrepresented its financial health and satellite market capabilities.

The complaint asserts that AST SpaceMobile misled the market regarding its capital requirements and debt load. According to the litigation, the firm failed to accurately disclose the extent of share dilution and liquidity constraints necessary to sustain its business objectives. Furthermore, the suit claims the company overstated its competitive strength in the direct-to-consumer satellite market while downplaying sluggish user adoption rates in the United States and Japan.

Shareholders who incurred losses during the specified period may contact partners Brian Schall or David Schwartz to review their legal options. While the class has not yet been certified by the court, individuals who choose not to act remain absent class members, meaning they are not currently represented by counsel in this matter.
