Presto functions by pulling findings from a practice’s chosen vision-language model and inserting them into established report templates. The system extracts data from diverse sources, including ultrasound worksheets, scanned PDFs, and DEXA images, automating the manual entry that often consumes a radiologist’s time. Because the software is model-agnostic, healthcare providers can utilize commercial, open-source, or internally developed tools, ensuring they are not locked into a specific AI vendor as the technology matures.
Currently, the agent supports integration with PowerScribe 360 and PowerScribe One, with plans to expand to other platforms. Early adopters, including clinicians from Radiology Associates of South Florida and Evansville Radiology, report that the tool integrates into their existing routines with minimal disruption. According to HOPPR CEO Khan Siddiqui, the core goal is to remove the friction that prevents clinics from realizing the efficiency gains promised by modern imaging AI.
