A 491% boost in sales is the promise behind a new partnership between marketing firm PostcardMania and operations platform Simpro. By integrating direct mail triggers into the cloud-based software, trade contractors can now automate physical postcard campaigns directly tied to specific customer job milestones and sales funnel stages.

The new PCM Integrations app, available via the Simpro Marketplace, allows businesses to bypass manual outreach by linking mailings to real-time events. Contractors can trigger postcards automatically when quotes are generated, invoices are issued, or job statuses change. This effort aims to bridge the gap between digital management and offline engagement, a strategy shown to outperform digital-only campaigns by significant margins.

Scaling Trade Operations

Simpro supports over 250,000 users globally, providing the infrastructure for scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing. By adding automated print mail to its existing email and SMS capabilities, the platform seeks to keep contractors top-of-mind during the customer journey. PostcardMania processes these orders at its 75,000-square-foot facility, ensuring production and mailing occur within two business days.

Joy Gendusa, founder and CEO of PostcardMania, noted that the partnership is designed to make complex marketing accessible for smaller operators. The integration requires no subscription fees or long-term contracts, with costs limited to the price per individual mail piece. To encourage adoption, Simpro users currently receive 50 free postcards upon syncing their accounts with the new platform.
