Parris arrives at the New York-based advisory firm following his tenure as the founder of Parris Monroe Partners. His professional history includes senior leadership roles at JLL and Newmark, where he served as Executive Managing Director and Co-Chair of the firm’s restructuring group. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic guidance to major corporate entities, including Walgreens, Starbucks, Citibank, and Shell Oil U.S., focusing on lease mitigation, portfolio optimization, and complex valuation work.
A&G co-founder Andy Graiser highlighted that the move comes as corporate tenants face mounting challenges in footprint optimization. Parris will apply his experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings to support A&G’s clients. For his part, Parris noted that the firm’s collaborative culture provides an ideal platform to address the evolving demands of the industrial, retail, and office real estate sectors.
