Simultaneously, Woolworths has moved to strengthen its backend infrastructure by extending its long-standing partnership with Pine Labs. Through its Qwikcilver subsidiary, Pine Labs will continue to support the retailer's gift card ecosystem. B Amrish Rau, CEO of Pine Labs, noted that the expansion focuses on deeper technology integration and building a foundation capable of supporting evolving omnichannel consumer expectations.
