The shortlist features a mix of established venues and specialized software providers. Atis has been recognized for its proprietary customer app, which centralizes loyalty and click-and-collect services, while Bar Tap at Wembley Stadium earned its spot by implementing Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology to eliminate queuing in high-traffic event environments.
Other finalists include Gonzo's Tea Room in Norwich, which leveraged Epos Now to scale its multi-floor operations, and NomNom, a commission-free booking system designed to help independent venues retain direct control over guest data. On the infrastructure side, TARA by Net0link AI was selected for its intelligence-led approach to improving cooling efficiency across international hotel portfolios, reporting an average energy performance boost of 27.5%.
Winners will be decided by a panel of industry experts and announced at a ceremony on November 4th at The HAC in Central London. The event, hosted by comedian Aurie Styla, will serve as the final stage for these contenders, following a record-breaking number of entries submitted for this year’s competition.
