Retailers and Tech Partners Vie for 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards

The 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards have unveiled their shortlist for the Best Retailer/Technology Supplier Relationship category, highlighting collaborations that have reshaped global retail operations. From AI-driven logistics to unified commerce platforms, these partnerships represent the most significant technological advancements currently driving change across the sector.

The finalists include a diverse range of companies that have moved beyond traditional vendor-client dynamics to establish deep, strategic integrations. Asda appears twice on the list: once for its connectivity work with Evolve and again for its operational streamlining alongside Deliverect. Other notable finalists include cardfactory and its long-term partners Flooid and Retail Response, as well as Dunelm and VoCoVo, which have evolved their in-store communication systems into an AI-powered operational platform.

Additional shortlisted collaborations feature H&M and TCS for their predictive AI model, Matalan and Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions for omnichannel innovation, and The Fresh Market’s extensive work with Vusion. The list is rounded out by the East of England Co-op and TNS, TRIP and GoPlaces, and Yours Clothing with poq. A panel of industry experts will select the winners, who are set to be announced on November 4th at The HAC in Central London. The ceremony will be hosted by comedian Aurie Styla.
