French retailer JULES secures digital operations with Ekinops

Based in Roubaix, the retailer sought a modernized infrastructure to replace legacy systems and improve the management of web filtering policies. The deployment centers on the Ekinops Security Service Edge portfolio, specifically integrating Secure Web Gateway, on-premises DNS, and Cloud Access Security Broker components. These tools cover both the company's headquarters and its retail store environments.

Michael Lens, Operational Security Manager at JULES, noted that the choice of a French provider was driven by requirements for data sovereignty and GDPR compliance. Beyond the technical implementation, Ekinops provided training and ongoing optimization to support the retailer's internal IT teams. Frédéric Napoléone, Cybersecurity Sales Director at Ekinops, highlighted that the project addresses the specific challenges of securing multi-site retail enterprises while simplifying day-to-day operational control.
