Central to the agreement is a Device-as-a-Service model, which provides Kempower with predictable monthly expenditure and the flexibility to adjust hardware capacity on demand. This approach addresses the logistical challenges of scaling a technology firm, allowing staff to maintain a unified user experience while the company expands its global footprint. Tuomas Siivonen, End User Services Manager at Kempower, noted that the collaboration allows the company to focus more heavily on core customer service by offloading the complexities of infrastructure management to a partner capable of global delivery. Noora Lainio, Vice President of IT-Services at Elisa, emphasized that the focus remains on translating advanced AI tools into measurable business value through automation and proactive production capabilities.
