Prices for these residences, which include options for three to five bedrooms and up to 3.5 bathrooms, begin in the high $200,000 range. Each property comes equipped with modern finishes such as quartz countertops, Kohler fixtures, and the company's proprietary smart home package.

Beyond the individual home specifications, the development emphasizes outdoor lifestyle amenities, including walking trails, gazebos, and a dedicated activity field. Division President Chris Suttles noted that the site is positioned to offer suburban space while maintaining accessibility to major regional transit corridors. The official model home unveiling, the Nightingale, is scheduled for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 30 in partnership with The Chamber of Catawba County.
