The launch coincides with a comprehensive redesign of the FYTT ecosystem, featuring a refreshed mobile application and tablet interface intended to streamline the athlete experience in the gym. Jeff Crelling, Director of Sports Performance at Harvard-Westlake School, noted that the visual overhaul significantly reduces time spent logging workouts, allowing athletes to prioritize training over administrative tasks.
Flex functions by mirroring a coach’s specific methodology rather than imposing a rigid template. When schedules shift or injuries occur, the assistant automatically recalculates programming across the entire roster, detailing every modification. It also addresses the industry-wide challenge of dormant data; the system analyzes performance trends and provides summaries, effectively bridging the gap between collection and application. According to CEO Eric Wynalek, the platform removes the burden of manual rebuilding, enabling coaches to scale individualized training in ways previously unattainable.
Beyond real-time adjustments, the software can ingest legacy assets—including PDFs and photos of whiteboards—to digitize offline programming. It further supports complex decision-making through conditional logic, which can automatically reassign athletes to training groups based on live performance markers. The platform now features expanded integrations with industry standards like Catapult, Teamworks AMS, and Hawkin Dynamics. Current account holders have access to unlimited usage of Flex through October 21, 2026.
