Nice Introduces HySecurity to European Critical Infrastructure Market

HySecurity, which has operated under the Nice umbrella since 2016, brings six decades of experience in hydraulic gate operators and crash-rated barriers to the European market. Previously available only on a bespoke project basis, the product line now benefits from a structured supply chain and localized technical support. This shift aligns with evolving European standards, including the NIS2 directive and the UK's reclassification of data centers as Critical National Infrastructure, which have heightened the demand for resilient physical security.

At the upcoming expo at Olympia London, Nice will demonstrate the integration of high-security hardware with its broader connectivity ecosystem. Key exhibits include the StrongArm M30/M50 crash-rated barrier, the SlideDriver II, and the HydraSwing operator. These units are designed to function within a unified site management environment, ensuring that high-traffic zones like transport hubs and logistics facilities maintain operational flow while satisfying strict safety mandates.
