The funding round, which has secured $300,000 so far, includes backing from 119 investors, among them StartEngine, CoinFlip, Netevia, and Aleksandr Deriglazov. The company’s growth strategy centers on its Manna Co:llective AI Digital Twin, a multi-agent system that automates telemetry, inventory replenishment, and payment reconciliation. By removing manual operational friction, Manna aims to allow small teams to manage extensive networks of kiosks.
Co-founder Serhii Cheromush suggests that a network of 20 kiosks could generate up to $400,000 in annual operating profit with minimal staffing. To support this, Netevia has partnered with Manna to provide payment infrastructure and equipment financing for prospective licensees. This platform-as-a-service model also offers white-label and co-branding options, enabling third-party operators to launch autonomous retail points without developing their own backend technology.
