Bitwise Sets Monthly Distributions for Option Income Strategy ETFs

The payouts apply to the Bitwise Option Income Strategy ETFs tracking Coinbase (ICOI), MARA Holdings (IMRA), MicroStrategy (IMST), GameStop (IGME), Circle (ICRC), and Ethereum (IETH). Per-share distribution amounts range from $0.06972 for the MicroStrategy-focused IMST to $0.38657 for the GameStop-linked IGME. Investors of record as of June 26 will receive these payments at the end of the month.

Bitwise noted that the distribution rates—which reach as high as 22.36% for the ICRC fund—are based on current option income and are subject to fluctuation. The firm emphasized that these distributions often include a return of investor capital, which can impact a fund's net asset value and total trading price. With net expense ratios hovering near 0.98%, the funds utilize synthetic covered call strategies to generate yield, a method that limits upside participation during market rallies while leaving investors exposed to the underlying volatility of digital asset-linked equities.
