The company’s new Intelligence layer functions as a proactive monitor for leasing, finance, and operations. It processes data to deliver briefings that categorize findings as risks, trends, or opportunities, ranked by their potential business impact. Users can query these insights using plain language, with all outputs linked directly to source data to ensure transparency and maintain role-level permissions.
Building on these insights, the Orchestrator component automates the execution phase. It allows property managers to deploy pre-configured agents that handle specific tasks, such as managing lease renewals based on tenant intent. For complex scenarios requiring human oversight, the system provides context and visibility into its reasoning, ensuring that every automated or human-approved decision remains fully traceable for compliance audits.
CEO Patrick Ghilani emphasized that the system is designed to mitigate the risks typically associated with deploying AI agents in high-stakes environments. By keeping operations within defined guardrails and allowing organizations to apply their own business rules, the platform seeks to turn AI from a theoretical capability into an operational advantage. The new tools are now available to MRI’s global client base across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.
