Jun Cai Appointed Chief Financial Officer at Inventus Power

Cai joins the Woodridge-based battery manufacturer after serving as CFO and Acting COO at The Step2 Company. Her background includes financial leadership roles at Best Lighting Products, Stanley Black & Decker, and Pratt & Whitney. Throughout her career, she has managed complex international operations across North America, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Inventus Power President and CEO Patrick Trippel noted that Cai’s cross-functional management approach is expected to bolster the company’s growth strategy and operational performance.
