Richard Orduno Reclaims Vice President Post at FirstService Residential

Orduno first joined the company in 2015, building his foundational expertise within the operations team. During that initial tenure, he managed a portfolio of over 150 communities and spearheaded the integration of back-office functions, including finance, HR, and compliance. His return is framed by leadership as a strategic move to bolster the company's presence across the Carolinas.

Michael Mendillo, President of the East Region, cited Orduno’s deep connection to the local market as a primary driver for his rehiring. In this new capacity, Orduno will work alongside regional directors and the sales department to refine service delivery and secure new business. Dennis Abbott, President of the Carolinas, noted that the move is expected to have an immediate impact on the company’s ability to support its existing portfolio of residents and community boards.
