The project represents a $179 million capital investment that will create more than 200 direct jobs, with total employment impacts expected to reach 633 roles by 2029. Spanning 330,000 square feet, the center will integrate advanced automation and cold chain capacity to streamline the distribution of pharmaceuticals across a multi-state region. The facility is designed to replace an existing center while providing 100% standby power to ensure that critical medical supplies remain accessible to hospitals and pharmacies regardless of external conditions.

Scaling Regional Infrastructure

Local officials view the move as a validation of a unified economic development strategy that prioritizes speed and infrastructure readiness. By utilizing Tax Increment Financing and targeted site preparation, the City of Moore successfully outperformed competing locations across the central United States. According to Lawrence McKinney, CEO of the Cleveland County Economic Development Coalition, the selection signals to global investors that the region can manage mission-critical operations at scale. The construction phase, slated for 2026–2028, is projected to generate roughly 1,156 jobs and contribute $28 million in tax revenue, reinforcing the area's transition toward high-value, logistics-dependent industries.
