Freedom Bank Adds Tech Entrepreneur Purnachandra Dokku to Board

Dokku currently leads Ashburn-based Pioneer Corporate Services, a firm specializing in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions for defense and intelligence agencies. His move into the banking board follows a successful track record in the real estate market through DSP Real Estate Capital, where he oversees a portfolio of more than 1,500 multifamily units valued at over $300 million.

Freedom Bank CEO Joe Thomas cited Dokku's dual background in tech innovation and property investment as critical assets for the bank’s growth. The addition is part of a wider effort by the Fairfax-based institution to integrate sophisticated technology-driven solutions into its existing community banking model. Outside of his professional portfolio, Dokku maintains an active role in local community governance, including service as a director at the Sri Venkateswara Lotus Temple in Fairfax.
