Berry arrives with 18 years of experience in incident response, governance, and cyber operations. At Fable, he will focus on refining the firm's secure behavior management platform, which leverages artificial intelligence and behavioral science to mitigate risks stemming from human error. His appointment comes as organizations struggle with the reality that roughly two-thirds of successful security breaches are triggered by employee mistakes rather than direct system exploits.
CEO Nicole Jiang noted that Berry’s background in both technical and behavioral security aligns with the company’s push to modernize how firms address human-driven vulnerabilities. As AI-driven phishing and social engineering attacks grow more sophisticated, Fable aims to replace traditional, static security training with real-time interventions designed to build safer habits at scale. Berry will lead these efforts, helping customers translate behavioral insights into measurable risk reduction.
