Unisys Climbs to 32nd Spot on Global Most Loved Workplaces List

Rising 42 positions since last year, Blue Bell-based Unisys has secured the 32nd spot on The Economist’s 2026 Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces list. This certification, awarded by the Best Practice Institute for the third consecutive year, highlights a corporate culture focused on employee satisfaction, upskilling, and AI-driven innovation.

The rankings are derived from comprehensive survey data measuring employee sentiment, with a specific focus on workplace respect, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. The Best Practice Institute evaluated over 175 companies and 3,000 executives across the United States, the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia to determine the final list.

Mike Thomson, president and CEO of Unisys, attributed the jump in rankings to the company’s internal culture and its commitment to an AI-first strategy. By providing resources for professional growth, the organization aims to empower its teams to deliver outcomes for clients globally. This data-driven recognition serves as a benchmark for employee satisfaction in an era where talent increasingly prioritizes authentic work environments over corporate gimmicks.
