J.S. Held Highlights Female Engineering Talent for INWED 2026

To mark International Women in Engineering Day 2026, global consulting firm J.S. Held is spotlighting the contributions of its female engineers. Under this year’s theme, Engineering Intelligence, the firm showcases how more than 100 experts across nine countries apply technical expertise to forensic, financial, and construction disputes.

The firm’s initiative aligns with the Women's Engineering Society and UNESCO, emphasizing the intersection of technical capability and leadership. J.S. Held highlights several professionals who embody this theme, including a data scientist in India managing complex financial risks, a forensic investigator in Phoenix assessing structural failures, and a construction disputes expert in London advising on international energy infrastructure. Further expertise is represented by specialists in toxicology, accident reconstruction, and smart building systems, all of whom bridge the gap between rigorous engineering standards and real-world safety outcomes.

Chief People Officer Marjan Panah noted that the firm’s ability to deliver specialized value rests on the diversity of its team's backgrounds and skill sets. Beyond the celebratory focus, the company is leveraging the event to bolster its recruitment efforts, seeking to expand its current workforce of 1,500 professionals. With a client base that includes a significant majority of Fortune 100 companies and top global law firms, the firm continues to prioritize the integration of multidisciplinary engineering talent to address high-stakes, catastrophic, and contentious matters.
