The site marks a strategic expansion for the company within a key North American logistics hub. Rather than functioning as a standard showroom, the center is designed for high-stakes validation, allowing clients to pressure-test equipment against their specific labor models and peak volume demands. According to CEO David Lockwood, the move addresses growing industry pressure to eliminate waste and refine efficiency by providing a space for measurable, firsthand evaluation.
Chief Revenue Officer Brian Reinhart emphasized that the environment is intended to move beyond simple demonstrations, fostering a collaborative space where operational teams can align on performance goals. Starting in August 2026, the facility will also host partners and clients for joint solution development. By positioning the center in the heart of Atlanta, Packsize aims to accelerate the adoption cycle, enabling businesses to move from initial concept to deployment with a clearer understanding of how the technology performs under real-world conditions.
