The COHOG system utilizes specialized bevel modules that bolt directly onto a tool slide, incorporating two-sided TiN-coated blade inserts to extend service life. By integrating a preset gib plate within the carriage, the machine eliminates side-to-side wobble, ensuring chatter-free performance during high-precision cuts. The available module range covers primary and secondary parting, along with standard 30-degree and 37.5-degree bevel configurations, including compound angles.

Designed for versatility across diverse industrial environments, the machine squares itself to the pipe via a clamping system. It is available in eight distinct sizes, accommodating outside diameters ranging from 2 to 48 inches. Each unit features a marked pin location on the trip mechanism to ensure alignment across all tool slides.
