The EcoMove cylinder handles forces ranging from 10 to 60 kN, with stroke options at 150 mm and 350 mm. By consolidating the servo drive, controller, pressure sensor, and visualization software, the unit bypasses the need for custom PLC force-control coding. This approach addresses common industry bottlenecks in automotive, EV battery, and general industrial assembly lines where traditional multi-vendor setups often suffer from poor data traceability and high project risk.
Beyond speed, the system focuses on precision and efficiency. It features real-time force-displacement monitoring with automated pass/fail judgments and maintains force overshoot below 2% via adaptive speed control. The unit supports rapid changeovers through storage for up to 32 process programs and integrates with standard industrial bus protocols. According to Samuel Chen, Head of Overseas Business at Leetx, the shift allows engineers to prioritize application outcomes over the complexities of component-level integration. The hardware, which claims 20 times lower energy consumption compared to hydraulic alternatives, is now available and CE certified, with localized support provided by the company’s German subsidiary.
