OSCAL Debuts AI-Driven Balcony Energy Storage in Munich

At The smarter E Europe 2026 in Munich, OSCAL unveiled the Power Storage 2000, a balcony-focused energy system leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize household electricity consumption. The unit marks a strategic shift for the brand, prioritizing intelligent grid management alongside expanded storage capacity for residential users.

The Power Storage 2000 features a 2400W input and a versatile 3-in-1 architecture capable of operating in on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid modes. Its capacity is modular, scaling from 1.92kWh to 9.6kWh to suit varying household demands. The system utilizes AI Smart TOU optimization to automate charging cycles based on fluctuating electricity prices, aiming to minimize utility costs. Built for durability, the hardware carries an IP65 protection rating and includes a 10-year warranty.

Ahead of its July 15, 2026, market release, the company has opened pre-orders at a discounted rate of €849.99, down from the standard €999. Beyond balcony solutions, the brand is exhibiting its PowerMax series, which ranges from the 10kg portable PowerMax1200 to the high-capacity PowerMax7200, designed for whole-home backup. Looking ahead, OSCAL plans to expand its AI-driven ecosystem this September with the introduction of the Power Storage 3000.
