By integrating AI-powered analytics into existing computer-aided dispatch platforms, the firm aims to automate the prioritization of emergency events, allowing call-takers to process incoming data with greater speed.
Beyond software, the company is focusing on the integration of robotics to extend the reach of dispatchers. Autonomous systems will provide real-time visual assessments from incident scenes, feeding information directly to control rooms and field personnel before they arrive on-site. General Manager Edgar Ramírez emphasized that the goal is to provide tele-communicators with the situational awareness needed to make split-second decisions.
