This hands-free approach aims to reduce operational friction as digital store tools grow increasingly complex.
Practical application of the system is already well-established, with over 3,000 Pro12 headsets currently deployed across more than 500 SPAR stores in the UK and Ireland. This deployment scale has earned Quail Digital preferred supplier status with SPAR International. Beyond inventory management, the devices facilitate internal emergency alerts, allowing staff to coordinate security and service tasks simultaneously. CEO Tom Downes noted that the priority remains empowering frontline teams with information without adding unnecessary complexity to their daily workflow. The award winners will be revealed on November 4th at The HAC in London.
