The finalists include Circana, which deployed a self-correcting forecasting system, and Datitude, recognized for its unified retail data platform. Other contenders focus on specific operational hurdles: EE Retail uses localized intelligence to guide store leaders, while Focal Systems and Village Super Market teamed up to tackle inventory visibility using overhead camera technology. Footasylum and invent.ai are also featured for their joint effort to automate inventory rules, alongside HyperFinity and JD Sports, who utilized controlled trials to validate personalization strategies.
Further innovation is represented by MRI Software and Sky for their work in tracking customer engagement in mid-mall concessions. Quorso and Currys earned their place with 'Action AI,' a platform credited with a £20–40 million sales uplift in its first year. Retail Express is highlighted for its work with a regional convenience operator to optimize pricing, while Vusion and Kavanagh round out the list with their 'Vusion360' ecosystem, which transforms stores into connected, data-driven environments. Winners will be announced in London by presenter Aurie Styla.
