This year’s finalists demonstrate a shift toward agent-driven workflows and AI-powered operational intelligence. Among the contenders, Snag and Patchworks utilized Claude as a reasoning layer to manage complex product updates across multiple warehouse systems, achieving a launch cycle of just two weeks. Similarly, EE Retail introduced its STAT! platform to consolidate legacy tools and tasks into a single, real-time dashboard, improving store-level efficiency.
Other notable entries include Public Group, which automated product content production for three storefronts, and Optimum Retailing, whose Realgram AI generates store-specific planograms to optimize fixture layouts. Goddiva and Lily AI were also shortlisted for their work in connecting customer behavior insights directly to product design and search discovery. These entries reflect a broader industry trend of replacing manual, error-prone processes with autonomous systems that sharpen margins and free staff to focus on customer-facing roles.
