The platform is built on a Kubernetes-native core, allowing providers to manage an unlimited number of users and tenants through a single, centralized deployment. By utilizing horizontal scaling, the system aims to reduce server costs while maintaining strict per-tenant isolation, geo-redundancy, and high availability. This architecture is intended to move beyond the limitations of legacy interfaces that have traditionally hampered larger-scale telecommunications operations.
Beyond infrastructure, NovoOne integrates AI capabilities directly into the workflow, including automated transcription, sentiment analysis, and AI agents. These features are paired with a concurrent-call-based licensing model, which Yeastar says facilitates profitable oversubscription for providers. According to Arya Zhou, Head of Yeastar Global Sales, the platform is engineered to eliminate the compromise between profitability and technical control, giving partners the ability to white-label services and customize offerings through rich APIs.
