The company’s common stock will maintain its primary listing on the Nasdaq Global Market under the existing ticker symbol NUTX. Shares will remain fully fungible between the two venues, requiring no additional action from current stockholders. By anchoring a portion of its trading activity in its home metropolitan area, the company aims to sharpen its visibility among regional institutional investors while preserving its broader international footprint.
Tom Vo, M.D., Chairman and CEO of Nutex Health, noted that the move aligns with the company’s deep roots in the Texas healthcare sector. In preparation for the launch, the firm has filed a registration statement on Form 8-A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nutex Health operates through three core divisions—Hospital, Population Health Management, and Real Estate—focusing on micro-hospitals and physician-network services.
