The new laboratory and office space, situated within the 260-acre Perimeter Center business park, represents a significant upgrade to the firm's infrastructure. Beyond the technical requirements of diagnostic testing, the building features modernized HVAC and IT systems, along with full power redundancy to ensure uninterrupted operations. For the company's 220 local employees, the facility includes amenities such as an onsite fitness center, a café, and direct access to outdoor walking trails.

Chief Operating Officer Kristen Oelschlager noted that the expansion provides the necessary capacity to support both current patient care initiatives and future diagnostic development. Castle Biosciences, which maintains a national workforce exceeding 1,000 people, uses the Scottsdale hub to anchor its research and testing efforts for dermatological and gastroenterological conditions. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, with local government and community leaders expected in attendance.
