NACD Names 2026 Governance Honorees and Lifetime Achievement Recipient

Joining Davis in this year's top honors are Ellen Zane, recognized as Public Company Director of the Year for her work with firms including Boston Scientific and Synchrony Financial, and Yvonne Wassenaar, named Private Company Director of the Year for her oversight at organizations like Arista Networks and JFrog. George Vradenburg, noted for his extensive involvement with the Davos Alzheimer's Collaborative and other health-focused nonprofits, was selected as the Nonprofit Director of the Year.

These recipients represent the core pillars of the NACD Directorship 100, an annual recognition program identifying experts who shape modern boardroom performance. According to NACD president and CEO Peter Gleason, these individuals embody the high-performance standards required to navigate today's complex business environments.
