This partnership bolsters NiTEO’s existing chemical division, aligning with the firm’s long-term strategy to expand its portfolio of high-efficacy automotive and household brands. By integrating the Pennzoil label, NiTEO aims to leverage its manufacturing infrastructure to serve quick lube centers, OEMs, and retail partners more effectively. The company expects the new product line to reach the market by early 2027.
NiTEO CEO John Rabenhorst noted that the addition of the Pennzoil brand is a strategic move, providing the company with a widely recognized name that complements its current automotive maintenance offerings. NiTEO currently manages a diverse array of brands, including Pyroil, Motor Medic, and Cyclo, alongside household names like OZIUM and Folex. The company is backed by the Dallas-based investment firm Highlander Partners, which oversees more than $3 billion in assets.
