AIxCrypto Holdings Pivots to Robot Marketplace After Cost Cutting

AIxCrypto Holdings is shifting its operational focus toward RoboShare, an on-demand robot marketplace, following a second quarter marked by a 32% reduction in operating expenses. The Nasdaq-listed firm, which recently launched the platform at Automate 2026, aims to prioritize commercialization over its broader infrastructure development.

The company reported total operating expenses of approximately $2.96 million for the period ending June 30, 2026, down from $4.33 million in the first quarter. This decline was largely driven by an 87% reduction in sales and marketing spending as initial brand-launch costs rolled off. Despite the leaner cost structure, AIxCrypto posted a net loss of $4.19 million, which included non-cash charges related to digital asset revaluation and the settlement of legacy debt.

Management is now concentrating resources on the RoboShare pilot program in Los Angeles, which is expected to generate initial revenue in the third quarter. The platform, described as a matchmaking service for robotic equipment, is designed to be asset-light by leveraging existing robots rather than requiring the company to purchase them. CEO Jerry Wang stated that the insights gained from this marketplace will eventually inform the development of the company’s larger infrastructure projects, such as its EAI platform and tokenization efforts, though those initiatives are currently secondary to the robot rental business.

Financial stability remains a focus for the firm, which reported no outstanding debt as of August 7, 2026. While cash and cash equivalents dropped significantly to $577,328 from over $19 million at the end of 2025, the company completed a $12 million investment in Faraday Future earlier this year. The leadership team plans to discuss these results and the path toward commercialization during a conference call scheduled for August 7.
