Starting September 1, 2026, the launch of Levels Dealer OS will introduce a centralized digital environment designed to bridge the operational divide between automotive retailers and service providers. By embedding Keys AI directly into the dealership operating system, the integration allows staff to input vehicle data—such as VIN, trim, and FCC identification—to automatically generate a precise list of compatible OEM or aftermarket keys. This system bypasses traditional, error-prone manual searches across multiple catalogs and supplier lists.
Loay Jamal Alyousfi, who founded both companies, aims to transform a process typically involving fragmented phone calls and scheduling delays into a streamlined, single-event workflow. Beyond identifying the correct hardware, the platform facilitates the dispatch of vetted locksmiths from the Keys Inc. network, which currently supports over 1,000 professionals nationwide. The partnership functions as part of a broader push to consolidate dealership operations, including inventory, CRM, and vendor management, into a single interface. By surfacing compatibility data before service begins, the companies intend to reduce the frequency of incorrect parts orders and repeat service visits, effectively standardizing the relationship between vehicle inventory management and professional locksmith fulfillment.
