Transform Health Partners Acquires Everett-Based Medical Group

The acquisition brings both the wellness center and the accredited Sound Surgeons surgical site under the management of Transform Health Partners. Dr. Peter Billing, Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of the parent organization, confirmed that the company is already moving to upgrade the Everett facility with new robotic surgical capabilities. These technical enhancements aim to broaden the scope of minimally invasive procedures available to patients in the region.

Beyond these physical upgrades, the company is launching a recruitment drive to diversify its clinical offerings. Transform Health Partners is seeking specialists in general and cosmetic surgery, gynecology, and pain relief to support its growing footprint. The organization, which currently manages or supports nearly 30 practices nationwide, intends to leverage its proprietary revenue cycle and marketing systems to scale these newly acquired operations.
