The platform now supports customizable intake forms for collecting attendee data, photos, and role-specific information. These submissions go through an approval workflow before credentials—ranging from badges to wristbands—are printed either in advance or on-demand on-site. This approach provides organizers with granular control over restricted zones and tiered VIP experiences, addressing the logistical complexities common in multi-venue productions.
