Moore Launches AI-Driven Platform to Unify Nonprofit Donor Outreach

With the launch of SimioCloud Omnichannel Acquisition, Washington-based firm Moore is shifting how nonprofits find supporters by moving away from channel-specific marketing toward a unified, audience-first strategy. The platform leverages artificial intelligence to identify prospective donors and synchronize engagement across digital, physical, and connected television advertising channels.

The new solution taps into a massive repository of 2.3 billion donation records and over 45,000 specific signals per constituent. By synthesizing this data, the platform allows organizations to build predictive models that identify high-potential prospects, rather than relying on fragmented efforts across mail, email, or social media. According to Moore CEO Gretchen Littlefield, the tool is designed to help nonprofits navigate an increasingly complex fundraising environment by ensuring that donor outreach is both coordinated and data-backed.

Chief Data Officer Doug Kaczmarek noted that the platform bridges the traditional gap between direct mail and digital acquisition. By treating the audience as a single entity, nonprofits can deploy messaging across any channel where a prospect is most likely to engage. The system integrates with existing CRM platforms and uses test-and-control validation to measure the effectiveness of acquisition investments, aiming to modernize how philanthropic organizations manage growth and donor retention.
