Pernod Ricard Appoints New Data and Finance Leadership

Pernod Ricard has reshuffled its executive ranks, appointing Caroline Connan as Chief Data Officer and promoting Mauve Croizat to Executive Vice President of Finance and Technology. These strategic moves signal a continued push toward digital transformation as the spirits giant seeks to integrate AI and data insights into its global operations.

Caroline Connan joins the group from FORVIA, where she served as Group Chief Data Officer and led digital transformation efforts. She is tasked with strengthening the firm’s data infrastructure and scaling its business value through artificial intelligence. Connan noted her intent to focus on building robust foundations for the company’s ongoing technological journey.

Mauve Croizat steps into her new role as Executive Vice President of Finance and Technology, succeeding Hélène de Tissot, who departs after a 23-year tenure. Croizat brings nearly two decades of internal experience to the position, having previously served as CEO of Pernod Ricard Sweden and Northern Europe, and as Vice President of Finance and Administration at The Absolut Company. Alexandre Ricard, Chairman and CEO, described the appointment as a testament to the internal talent pipeline, highlighting Croizat’s track record in strategic leadership and team development.
