Founder Evan Noble developed the application after identifying a void in his own training routine. The platform aims to bridge the gap between complex strength programming and the streamlined interface of a smartwatch. Users can build workouts, schedule recurring sessions, and receive AI-driven progressive overload recommendations that adjust based on their specific training data.
Since its initial rollout in 2025, the software has gained significant traction within the Garmin community. To date, LiftTrack has recorded over 15,000 installs and 13,800 signups, with users completing more than 60,000 individual workouts. The service operates on a freemium model, providing approximately 90% of its tools—including integration with Garmin Connect and Strava—at no cost. By automating data flow between the watch and the mobile app, LiftTrack offers a centralized hub for tracking volume, personal records, and long-term performance analytics.
