The T. Rowe Price OHA Select Private Credit Fund (OCREDIT) reported total distributions of $0.60 per share for the second quarter of 2026, maintaining a steady pace as the firm expanded its portfolio to $3.1 billion across 144 companies amid ongoing demand for private capital financing solutions.

The fund, managed by Oak Hill Advisors, added seven new portfolio companies during the quarter, contributing to a net growth of approximately $124 million. As of June 30, 2026, the fund's net asset value per share stood at $25.96. The portfolio remains heavily weighted toward senior secured lending, with 90.8% of investments in first lien loans, while maintaining a weighted average portfolio yield at cost of 9.8%.

CEO Eric Muller noted that stable borrower fundamentals continue to drive the firm's conviction in the private credit sector. Looking beyond the second quarter, the company secured $400 million in notes due in 2031 at a fixed interest rate of 6.50% to support its ongoing investment activities. While the fund reported net investment income of $0.61 per share for the quarter, it continues to operate as a non-exchange traded business development company, emphasizing that its investments carry inherent liquidity and market risks.
